Effective October 25, 2026. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Hermosa Payments is an independent sales representative for CardConnect and Square. We help businesses compare, set up and support card payment processing. We don’t process payments ourselves. You can reach us at quotes@hermosapayments.com or (760) 310-3447.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Free quote: your name, business name, phone, email, type of business, approximate monthly card sales, how your customers pay, whether you’re interested in a cash discount program, and any processing statements you upload.
- Book a call: your name, business name, phone, email, the topic and the time you pick.
- Support ticket: your name, business name, email, the topic, your message and any files you attach.
Processing statements and attachments can include business financial details such as sales volumes, fees and bank information. Please don’t send full card numbers.
How we use it
- To answer your request: preparing your statement review, calling you at the time you booked, or resolving your support ticket.
- To price your business with the payment processors we work with. When you ask for a quote, we may share the details and statements you send with those processors so they can quote you.
- To follow up about your request. We don’t send marketing newsletters, and we don’t sell your information.
How it’s handled
Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered to our business email by our web host. We keep what you send only as long as we need it to serve you and meet legal or record-keeping obligations, and then delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. To display our fonts, your browser loads them from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing quotes@hermosapayments.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
